if you own PC you could use UMS (universal media server) and stream content to PS4 via DLNA protocol. same goes with phone you could stream off it to ps4, but that would need second device. If you interesed in addons for kodi to run on ps4 then you could try old UMS + jumpy plugin that would make kodi addon available via DLNA (if addon support
